Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) is an amino acid derivative and one of the main inhibitory neurotransmitters in the central nervous system. GABA can be found in certain foods such as tea leaves, sprouted rice, soy or even tomatoes.

OTHER INGREDIENTS

Gamma-aminobutyric acid 76.4%, capsule shell [gelatine, glazing agent (shellac), colour (iron oxides and hydroxides), acidity regulators (ammonium hydroxide,potassium hydroxide)], bulking agent (cellulose gum), anti-cakig agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide).

SUGGESTED USE

Take 1x2 capsules daily with a glass of water before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended dosage!
